Ola has overcharged me, acknowledged their software mistake but money is not refunded

Text of Complaint by Itish Nigam:

travelled with ola from Pune to Mumbai around 170Kms. When i reached destination and gave Stop OTP to driver he said ride is stopeed now and went away, when i entered my home the ride was still going on. I called driver but he was not picking up call. I mailed Ola and tried their cusotmer care but no response. Full night the rider was doing trips without putting my stop OTP. In next day afternoon i got call from ola support i explained them whole issue on which the support lady asked me Sir are you still in cab,, are you still ride our ola cab. I told her i left a day ago and your driver is not putting stop otp and not picking up call. and now i know if you put stop otp and end the ride your software will charge me for this entire 22 hours. she said no sir it will not happen sir and ended my ride and not to my surprise i was fully overcharged for riding the cab for 22 hours. she said now you can rase another ticket to get your refund as the money is deducted from my wallet. for a basic ride which cos around 2k i was cost 5.5k. After multiple followups,,calls and email ola finallly agreed and sccepted their mistake and asked me my bank detials and siad they will tansfer money by NEFT. but nothing happen and now they are not responding to my emails and calls. I want to make an complain for all this mental harassment.
