I have bought ola s1 pro in April 2023. Since starting it has been causing me troubles and now 2 weeks back all of a sudden it stopped working. And I have contacted customer support and raised multiple requests for service. But without visiting and solving the issue, they were asking me about the feedback of the service. I am attaching the screenshot of the complaint I have raised, this was not resolved by the support team but they have mentioned in the chat, that the issue has been addressed and asking about how the service was.
