I tried and complained multiple times about a ride . I have said ola more than 1,000 times that I have already informed the customer care people that I had already paid money to the Ola driver.They said me not to pay the driver from next time and we will settle this issue.They said me this three times.still I am getting thousands of calls from ola per day .They behave badly they call me and just randomly say me to pay the money and then cut the call they dont give me time to speak atleast.When this issue was created I had mailed the teams of ola but nobody replied me.after one month when the bill was generated for the post paid and I didn’t pay it,then they started calling me and they said me at that time that take the money from the driver. I had booked my ride from ola then why I should talk with the driver.you guys should solve that thing no.
They said me three times to do settlement from thier side but till date there is no settlement.
When the issue was created I mailed that and I have the proof for it.per day I get more than 50 automatic calls which is harassment for me.what is this behaviour of urs towards customers
After one month you said that take the money from driver and pay the post paid amount.but I had paid him in cash .I had booked the ola ride for a different person who was going to hospital in Vellore and as I was travelling I had said them to pay the money so they paid it in cash.and after the driver went i reached in the hospital and checked my phone and I saw that extra 1000 was cut from my postpaid.After that I mailed to the customer care and I didn’t get response till one month.then when the postpaid bill was generated they started calling me and till now there is more than 50 harassment calls everyday.
In between this I got calls from customer support three times and I explained all my things briefly to them.Then they said me that okay we are settling from our side and you don’t have to pay the postpaid amount.
After this incident after 20 days I started getting harassment calls from them. Till today I get more than 50 automatic calls everyday they just say pay the bills and cut call from their side and don’t allow me to speak at all
