On June 19 i have book a ride of 2.8 km and OLA will showing payment of rs 25 and and when the ride is completed OLA has charged me 176 rs .I will call OLA but there is no such a favourable respnse and they have neglect my complain.
And according to terms and condition of ola fare, Rate of per km is 8 and there is total fare of 2.8km is 24 but the driver charged me 176 rs.
I also booked OLA for Rs. 377/- but after completion of ride it was charged for Rs. 469/- . There is no means to complain as while using ‘support’ in app it is writting is is not a fix fare ride. Now OLA has started a LOOT. Now onward I will not use OLA.
