Text of Complaint by Aniket Raju Thakare:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased my Ola electric S1 Pro on 07/04/2023 and from last 15 days I am unable to charge my vehicle. Not charging error showing on the screen and for that I have raised 02 request form the Ola electric application but they have closed both the request without providing any king of resolution. I have not received any kind of call or visit from their side and still my vehicle is not in working from the last 15 days. So I have to spend money for the travelling to office daily. Please take a necessary action and provide the solution for the same.

    SERVICE CENTERS NOT PROVIDING ANY KING OF SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS CUT CALLS WITHOUT LISTENING ISSUES.
    IT FEELS LIKE FRAUD OLA COMPANY
