I have been receiving emails from Ola Electric that my refund will be done by 7-10 days but my refund was initiated more than 14 days ago.
Customer care not taking up calls as it says my phone number is not registered in their database. To be honest i have booked Ola S1 by the same number and paid Rs 10299.
I am very frustrated as Ola Electric being such good name in market is failing to repay my refund on promise date and top of that not having any point of contact to their customer care executive.
I need help.
