I was assured of a quicker delivery date than mentioned in the ola application. initially application delivery was on 12/02/2023, it was preponed to 8/02/2023.
but till now I didn’t get any calls from the concerned ola team.
and ola experience center Visakhapatnam is avoiding my calls and citing reasons such as scarcity of chargers
due to poor service and nil transparency in this matter I want to cancel my order.
they are not allowing me to cancel my order stating its against the cancellation policy .so I wish to complain against their policy and refund the money paid with compensation
