Text of Complaint by Venkatesh Parasuram:

OLA Electric has cancelled my order by activating Cancel Option on the Ola App; in the pretext that the AxisBank Loan was not processed and if i need to pay full amount or cancel the order.

Opted for Order Cancel and the inital amount were refunded. However the loan was processed by the Axis Bank and have paid OLA Electric and the First EMI got deducted.

Here the Legal breach is “EMI STARTS AFTER SUBMISSION OF INVOICE AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE FROM OLA Electric”.
In my case the Vehicle is not Delivered as the Order is cancelled. and now OLA has my loan amount and they have not instructed Axisbank on it.. I had Approched Axis Bank but they were not able to help and are awaiting the Deleare(here OLA ELECTRIC) to confirm the cancellation.

The Challenge is
– OLA Has Cancelled my Order on 27th OCT 2022
– Axis Bank has Disbused the amount of Rs.98000/- to OLA Electric
– olaelectric (financesupport@olaelectric.com) have be informed many times but no response and they have not cancelled the Loan Docs.
– Axis Bank has taken away the EMI by means of auto-debit to my Account on 05th Nov 2022.
– Axis bank has denied to accept stop payment and stop SI toward the EMI as they state the disbursement has happened.

Am stuck as OLA Electric dosent respond to Axisbank or to my calls or emails for cancellation.
and how does the bank refund my EMI deducted for no order executed.
