This is regarding the ride crn 7484367815. The ride was booked for boarding a bus at early time. The driver intentionally taken longer route in opposite direction of orignal location and went purposefully inside barrier paths taking unwanted uturns and the customer is also an old women who was requesting the driver to go through correct path , fooled and charged with extra money. The old women who is my mother had missed the bus due to this bull shit and had to face uncessary waste of time, money and frustration. What kind of ridiculous service that you are providing to customers ! What compensation that you are going to give for this ? Instead of reaching the place in 10 minutes which is 2 kms this bastard has covered 23 km revolving around bangalore!! Also this guy was paid 850 rs and didnot give back the change and also expecting more money inspite of dropping late and missing the bus. I have attached the screen shot .
