I took an ola from office to my home, the ride cost me Rs. 172/-. While paying with google pay money was deducted from my end and same sms was received to me from the bank. Showed the message to OLA driver.
OLA driver wasn’t accepting that the money has been sent, so he asked me to pay money to an passenger so he could receive it from the passenger (stating that it might be an technical issue that I can’t pay him directly)
I had notified the passenger that payment was successful and passenger check with him and that was found true..But still ola driver asked the passenger for money and she had to give it to him (I told her its alright as I didn’t want her to get involved in it).
OLA help support is totally useless as there’s no way to get help on call or chat.
They have pre-defined QA chatbot.
Now, I have no contact of the ola driver. Only thing I have is the upi id: mathos941@okaxis
