Hi,
I travelled from Noida to IGI Delhi Airport T1 in an Ola cab with the driver Mr Mahipal, Cab Number HR55AN3194 & CRN 753981537. While getting down at the departure of T1 Delhi Airport, I forgot my Rayban sunglasses RB 8157
Worth Rs 27,590/- and I entered the airport and checked in my luggage I got a call from the cab driver informing me that I left my sunglasses in his cab and that he handed it over to somebody standing near the booth of Arrival’s parking exit. After that, I checked with my airline (indigo) to allow me to go and collect the sunglasses from that person but they didn’t allow me as I checked in my luggage already. But, they did acknowledge the problem and sent their staff to check the same at the location mentioned by the cab driver and made a video call from that location while asking everyone whether any cab driver handed over the sunglasses to them. Everybody denied it. I feel this was highly stupid and irresponsible of the cab driver that he handed over my belonging to someone else. I want to file a theft complaint against the Ola cab driver and the Ola company for handling this situation so irresponsibly.
