I booked Ola Cab on 28th JAN, due to wrong odometer reading i have to pay 2901 rupees. But actual bill is 1765 rupees. CRN no of car is 7044153006. As my father is a cancer patient i pay that amount instalandly , he can’t stand long time in road. After 5 min i complain in OLA as well as updated in OLA support app. I called your customer care many times and told them to refund 1136 rupees to my account, i upload my checkbook then bank statement . already 32 days passed, but no money has been refunded to my account yet. Always say contact after 48 hours. They are playing with me. Every 48 hr ticket closed atomically without any solution. They can’t provide seniors number also. Its really irritated me. I already requested CC several time.
