Text of Complaint by SUBHANKAR FADIKAR:

Booked outstation trip for 97 km raid and travelled same distance at the end of my trip it showed 180+ km which is not possible and driver acknowledged the same. I told I will pay only for the distance I travelled but the driver demanded to pay the amount shown in the bill and claim later with ola. He literally begged to pay in full else he won’t get any amount for the trip. He didn’t move without getting money in full… It is been 1 months following with ola support team and finally they confirmed it is over charged after so many follow ups.. Even after confirming and sharing my account details payment still not processed. customer support team only to say apologize and 48 to 72 hrs. it will be resolved.. Dialogue I’m hearing from last 1 months. They have no care and cheating customer and cs only for name sake no one working or asked not to action.. It is very big scams 1000s of customers getting cheated everyday..
