I booked ola mini cab on Wednesday,30 nov2022, 10.25 pm after crossing mulund check naka point at signal below bridge towards mumbai as a pickup point and drop to south mumbai charni road.
The driver accepted the booking and Upon calling driver for confirmation whether he is coming, he confirmed on call saying he is coming to pickup location and showing 10 mins to arrive. Waited for almost 15-20 mins and tried calling multiple times when i felt the cab is not moving in my direction, he neither accepted the calls nor he cancelled the ride.
