Hi
This is vimala S using Ola app. On 27/10/2022 morning booked the cab. The driver didn’t start the ride on the app however he was dropped to our location. We are unable to pay on the app as the driver didn’t start the ride in the app. So we paid to driver through phonepay. Now the app is showing to pay pending the amount 762rs which we had paid already to the driver. This is second time happened to me. First time I paid twice .so I need them to remove the app pending due and need compensation for this
