On August 14th, I placed an online order for an Ola S1 Air and made a full payment using a debit card. The order was assigned the ID OET-612344313100823-UMC893. Initially, the delivery date was slated for September 11th, but it was subsequently updated to October 8th. However, after October 8th, there has been no communication or delivery date provided on their website.
My greatest concern is that over the last 20-25 days, I have attempted to contact Ola’s helpline numerous times, and I have also sent several written emails, yet I have not received any response. All my calls are met with automated disconnections, and my emails receive automated responses. Despite having paid a lump sum of Rs 127,706, I still have no confirmation of the delivery date from Ola.
This lack of communication is deeply troubling. I did not anticipate such unprofessional conduct from Ola. It has been nearly 2 months since I made the payment, and I remain completely uninformed about the status of my order. I am profoundly disappointed with Ola’s customer service, as they have not even acknowledged my calls, let aLoan delivered the product.
I kindly request Ola to expedite the delivery of my product and refund the interest on my payment, as per RBI’s prescribed bank loan interest rates. Additionally, I expect reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
