On 17th May 2022 booked Ola outstation ride at 5:30 am from Pune to Munbai. Trip started at 5:40 am. After completing 18 kms distance within Pune city limits Ola driver started complain of car not taking load and stopped the cat. He said cab has broken down and told to end trip and book other ride. Ad requested by driver i ended the trip and to my surprise entire amount of 181 kms got charged from my wallet. I called up Ola customer support and informed them about cab being broken down and full amount being charged. This call was logged at 6:32 am. Customer support person after taking complaint and assured me of refund of money deducted. I booked another ride at 6:45 am and continued my journey. After 2 days I saw Ola customer support closing my ticket mentioning that trip ended near destination point and hence no refund will be offered. Since then I have been following up with them giving various justifications and explaining that how it is possible to cover 181 kms journey in just 36 mins. They are in no mood to listen to my justifications and keep closing my support ticket mentioning same reason.
