I took cab on 14th September 2022 in Bengaluru from Marathahalli to Bengaluru Airport.
The amount shown while booking the cab was 938 Rs.
I paid the amount during ride only on the OLA app. On completion of ride. I was asked to pay 144 Rs. more by cab driver. (Total 1082).
On complaining online on the OLA customer care, they are denying to refund any amount and telling issue of some surge price.
No notification came to me during ride also about the surge price increase in fare.
