On 8th Aug I tried to book Ola ride from Hotel fountain mumbai to domestic Airport. But unfortunatly their was some techical glich and it suddenly took virar stop and fair suddenly moved rs.1600. Thus decided to cancel but as ola driver reached and could not cancel or modify. But driver tried to cancel and collected 568 cash as it was showing him to collect. Thus I was charged without taking ride. Than I had to take private auto taxi for airport. Almost my two hours wasted. Than made frequent calls to ola support for resolution. So mr indranil from support agreed on glitch and assured refund. Thus shared account details. Refer image attached. Now since long they are just delaying and not making payment.
