I travelled from New Delhi railway station to Meerut (Approx 79 KM), but my bill was generated for 158 KM. When I raised this concern to Ola team, they agreed to their mistake and asked my bank details to refund the amount with in 7-10 business days. Now its already more than 10 business days, and I am still waiting for refund. Their team is not giving any solution. Can you please help.
