Dear Team,
This complaints is for the ola cab which i have use on dated-May 03- 2022 on this year, issue is that for short journey even means for 14km journey they charged me amount of 1031rs, for the same when I called to customer service they told me that it is due to high demand of that time since it was bakri Eid holiday, i am not able to understand sir/madam, what does mean by high demand, if there is no cab available then ola should not accept the booking why they insisting to pay very huge amount.I am requesting to escalate this and ask to compensate for mental harrashment
