On 25th March 2023 I booked Ola after my journey I paid full amount of Rs 697/- to driver.now after so many days ola is saying that your 500 dues are pending I try to talk to you customer service executives about this and also email on 2 May 2023 but they are saying cash payment to a driver is outside the scope of Ola system.
I have used Ola service many times and now they are responding my email like this
When I have already paid my full amount then how can they say my dues are pending.
I’m the regular Ola user you can check my status .
I’m very much disturb with there continues calls and messages I also requested them to please connect me to your senior but then they disconnect my call.

Same happen with me also I have ride ola cab on 12 th March and paid driver on that time only but they are asking for dues they are sending bunch of emails rather than solving problem or taking any action. And on the top they are imposing /charging late fees penalty which increasing day by day . Please let me know how we can solve this problem. They are literally disturbing us.
