On 21st July, 2022 I hired Ola Rental service cab for 6 hours for which the driver demanded that I pay the amount in cash which I transferred via PhonePe Rs 2200. But it looks like this driver has deliberately not acknowledged via the Ola app and now Ola support team has moved this payment mode to Postpaid dues and adding 100 Rs penalty from thereon. I contacted the support team and provided all the necessary screenshots of the payment made, the driver mobile number, car number, etc. But despite following this for over 2 weeks now, the Ola support team have chosen not to address the issue by following on a closure response. Instead continuously automated calls are made to harass and levy penalties of 100Rs every 10 days. Kindly look into this harassment case.
