Text of Complaint by Anil Yadav:

I booked an Ola ride from Royal Palace Hotel, Ghaziabad to IAMR Group of Institutions, Delhi- Meerut Road, Ghaziabad (Distance Approx.: 19 Kms) Ola Ride CRN : 6688918855 but the car broke down soon (after approx. 5 km from starting point) but they charged me full amount INR 240. I booked another Ola ride from the place the first Ola cab broke down and went to destination CRN : 6688978639 which was charged INR 264. They have charged me twice to a total of INR 504 for the same destination. They refuse to refund me the first balance amount (minus the distance to 5-6 covered after multiple complaints to their support/ customer service.

We understand the concern raised by you. However, we have identified that the actual drop location was same as the original drop location or in a close proximity. Hence, we will not be able to provide a refund for this case.

Ola ensures that all the vehicles servicing the customers meet a set standard and we do regular checks to ensure that the quality is maintained. This incident is a rare occurance and we are striving to ensure that such experiences are not repeated in the future.
