Sir I have booked ola cab from south ext.2 New delhi to Meetapur chowk Badarpur Nre Delhi . My traveling route is within Delhi and in Delhi , driver doesnot cross any toll gate or paid toll to MCD but had charged 75Rs. toll tax in by bill. Ola does not given any customer care for immediate respond and asking customer to write mail , that is taking day time. I asked the ola cab driver about this charges and talk to customer care but he denied and call police . Police personal ask to pay the toll in view of driver powerty and approch ola or consumer forum that i had paid . But my concern is about ola wrong charging concept that at customer picking point they reached at adject location by using GPS and for droping location they are unable to trace toll gate which is 2 km far from any direction ,this is their wrong mechanishm to rob passengers which they are in practice and robbing many passengers on the name of toll charges . Kindly take strict action and instruct them to repair/ammend this in their ola App.
