We booked an intercity ride through Ola from Mathura to Delhi on 7th November evening. The estimated fare was Rs. 2106. But when we reached Delhi we were shocked to see OLA charging Rs 3700 almost double than estimated fare. Before starting the trip the driver had not shown us the odometer reading. The driver also jumped the toll gate at Delhi border and did not pay the toll. It was scary as the driver was driving fast after jumping the toll and there were ladies and kids in the cab and it was not safe. On the way we stopped for 45 mins for dinner and one dropping point was added which was not more than 10 kilometers. The final bill shows waiting charge of rs468 and extra distance charge of rs588. Please investigate the matter and refund the extra chargee levied.
