From 25th May, 2022 i am getting messages and calls from OLA Cabs for the clearance of the Post Paid service dues. This service was never demanded by me as i am not regular traveler and i always prefer to pay by cash whenever i booked cab from ola. I have all last three transaction receipts when ever I travelled and paid by cash. When they charged me i clearly told them to cancel this service but Still still they raised bill and asking for Rs. 525 charges which was never utilise by me. Also i send email to cancel this service and delete my ola account but still they are not responding to my mail. I have attached message screenshot of they send me on whatsapp and last two rides invoices and booking payments history. To avoid such hassle i am ready to clear those dues but there is no such confirmation from ola they will deactivate this service and delete my account permanently. Please support
