I have booked the ola cab for travel to south mumbai, ola driver accepted the booking and showing 5 mins for ola to arrive at pickup location. When called ola driver he says i am going to turbhe location and he will take time,. However as per ola map there was no customer to drop where in driver need to go to turbhe also he didnt even cancelled the ride when he was not willing to pickup customer
