Since 17th July my bike is out of service, received error message on the screen saying “please restart your scooter” however there was no luck. I raised a complaint on the same day but it was closed automatically after few days without resolving the issue.. raised another complaint but again it was closed without solving the issue.. till now I have raised 6 tickets.. on 2nd aug finally someone came and picked my vehicle for servicing however it’s been 18 days now the bike is with the service centre and no technician has called or fixed the bike. Pathetic service..
