In October I booked ride for my wife with my OLA app, driver took long route, Farr was increased from estimated 700rs to 1200 rs for which I had some quarrel with him, I escalated matter with ola service centre, they told me to pay driver in cash and they will give me money 400-500rs back in wallet, but instead of giving me money in my wallet, now ola asking me to pay again 1200 rs to book ola now, I had sent many email to ola but no reply from them. What should I do?
