Ola keeps calling me and asking me with the help of a robotic voice to pay the sum due in ola money postpaid, which i assure i didn’t even select as my primary mode to pay the driver
Even when i used to select pay by cash, ola app itself deducted the money from ola money postpaid, I’ve emailed them about this several times, their responses are very vague, as if they do not understand my concern. They say that they cannot refund me. Even when I’m asking them not to reimburse but to waive off my ola money postpaid because their drivers are already paid in cash. They threaten me and always call upto 50 times in a day
