Purchased OLA S1Pro 3rd Gen in March 2025 along with Accessories along with the Scooter. During scooter delivery/ Pick up from OLA Store, they informed the accessory will directly send to my home address which is given during purchase. I’ve not received the items till now and after multiple followups also no response. two support tickets are opened, but no resolution given for those as well.
