Dear Sir – This is to inform you that, I am facing issue finacially and unable to make payment to SBI credit cards, I have emailed and explained my situation many times. Due to harrasement i have shifted my house, now this SBI card people sending Kundus and rowdies to my relative home & harassing women and using abusive words.
Really i dont know what to do, its really very worst condition.
As per my knowledge pending amount is 167000 but SBI card asking to make payment 4670000 i am not in position to pay.
This issue happened in Chennai.

Dear Sir,
I request you to approach Legal authorities such as RBI OMBUDSMAN and actual consumer court. Gather evidence like call recordings, House visits video recording etc file complaint against SBI cards through RBI OMBUDSMAN for illegal harassment and threatening calls. Submit evidence to RBI OMBUDSMAN, without evidence you wont get anywhere.
