I am reaching out in regardings with the order OD220811326593421000.
This is a Flipkart Perfect Homes Leatherette Office Visitor Chair (Black) .
I need this chair picked up from my home. I would like to inform you that this has been an absolute nightmare. The chair is too small, sharp edges and the seat is too hard to sit on. I work 11 hours a day. The reason I ordered for chair was to sit comfortably and do my work. I have a medical condition ( severe back ache ) due to which I had to go with an office chair as I am working from home. This has been so disappointing. Ever since I realised the chair I bought is a nightmare,from the day one I have tried to reach out to flipkart customer care and the experience that I have gone through is unacceptable. From agents disconnecting the call to not getting support everything has been a downfall so far. I understand there are company policies and I know every company does. Its only right when the exceptions are made at the right time. Customer care is more of seller support n not customer support . Nothing has been done to fix my issue and I have ended up with this chair which is really not up to anything that I expected it would be. Its a flipkart smartbuy and you say its assured and nobody is ready to help me with this issue. I do not want a replacement . I want this to be picked up and get the money refunded so I can look for a better chair .Chair is very uncomfortable, hard ,small and my legs pop out which makes it very hard for me to sit through the day . Its my kind request with you to help me with this as it has worsened my medical condition in just 2 days . I did not pay to be uncomfortable and your agents easily said that you can be as uncomfortable as you can but we are not doing anything about it. sold is sold . I would not expect this kind of service from Flipkart and in years this has been my worst experience where customers’ pain is nothing in front of seller policies. I have paid for this and I deserve to be served better . I will wait for your response. Please do the needful.
