I had bought this phone on 5th July and there was offer from ICICI Credit card for Rs. 1250 off. While buying it, I thought the amount will be reflected in my credit card after transaction, but it did not happen.
After talking to customer care executive, initially they gave me false promises that the amount will be reflected because the terms and conditions are valid and you bought the phone as per that. When it did not happen and after my continuous follow up, I talked to their higher authorities and very adamantly they have refused to repay this amount saying that the promo was dropped from 5th July to 8th July. When I bought this product, it was nowhere mentioned otherwise I would have not bought it. They left me with no choice of returning the product with false promises.
