I have purchased prereserve pass of samsung crystal vision 4k by worth Rs 500/- on 3rd Aug 2023
As per the pass I will get special discount of 1000/- & a webcam for free for purchasing 43inch Samsung crystal vision 4k
But I have not received any discount & free product.
Customer support team are not responding properly & continuously disconnected the calls.
