I didn’t take an order at the time of prime offer, at that time replace position was available when my order was delivered at home, it didn’t have accessors and didn’t even have a warranty card, when I didn’t ask to replace it, it’s saying that there is no rolls option. but i have proof that replace option was there i want to get my product replaced she is not giving me please my order replace me thank you
