Dear sir / mam

I Pankaj Idnani

Contact no 9461244179

opted to port my number and change my telecom company from Airtel to vodafone

I went to vodafone website and ordered for new sim on MNP option

Where I was offered

399 plan

Unlimited calling

40 gb data for month

And 150 gb extra data for 6 month,

I got new sim on 23 /02/2020 and it was activated on 25/2/2020

I was supposed to get 150 gb extra after 2 days, that I did not get

When I ask for my data they say wait for more 48 hours

My request is if 150 gb data was offered as MNP benifit on website than why should I beg for my own rights

Why I m kept waiting for so long
