Dear Customer Support Team,
I have 2 ordered 1 chicken burger nd 1 nikku veg burgger on 17 feb 2023, vide zomato order no. 4667768822 nd 4680682982 orden namkin lassi nd1 double egg prantha . The totallpayment of Rs.446 was made online during order placement.
With deep regret I would like to inform you that inspite of my online payment in advance, I have not received my order yet now. However the app shows delivery status as delivered, which is absolutely untrue. Such miscommunication from your side is unacceptable at all.
Please review the matter and expedite the refund of my money as soon as possible.Awaiting for your needful action at the earliest.
