Myself Aiyappa,
I order a phone name as Krypton x2 pro on website ezee phone on 11/6/2020 amount have been debited from account but I don’t get any message from ezeephone that ur booking is confirmed ,I checked on website for customer service there was many numbers of service center I called it service person said that item is decline and I asking for refund he asking about Google pay and it’s mpi ,so I refuse that person ,and I quickly enqury of payu which payment was done got an message of amount seccessfully done but I don’t receive a phone….
