I have enrolled my daughter for oda class integrated course starting December 2023, and have asked for refund as per the 7 days refund policy on 6th Dec.. From that time they are troubling to attend classes and saying it will be processed but not giving any refund…

i booked my seat for class 8 oda course for 2000 thousand rupees. They said it is refundable at that time. Now when i am asking my refund, they are refusing it and they had blocked my number. When I send them a mail, they say it is being processed and that mail came in month of september last year.
