Order ID OD329890121044684100. I have got the wrong size item upon raising a request for the refund on same date with all required details on 13th they told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours after 24 hours they told it will be resolve in 48 hours now they are saying it will be resolve by 28th which is not acceptable. They are literally harshing customers. I need this to be resolved ASAP
