I deposit on 15/6/2023 and still today my deposit is still not credit to my account, i talk with chat agent several time and they always say “wait for process we will inform update via emai”.I didn’t recive any email and they reject my proof two time and they didn’t send me a single email.My proof of payment is so clear, i asked just to refund my deposit but their respond is disappointed.This is really bad scamming other hard earn money.
Please take action on octafx…

Even I am facing the same issue, I deposited INR 30000 with octafx mt4 and its been more than 2 days now I havent received the amount in my trading app although the amount has been debited from my bank account. I have raised this issue multiple times with there customer care , all they have to say is kindly wait for sometime our team is working on it and your funds are secured with us, our finance team is working on it so on and so forth. Why is it taking so much time to process the deposit ? @ Pc zothantluanga have you received your money yet ?
