I want to change my vodafone postpaid to vodafone prepaid. My mobile no. 9874187182. (Kolkata zone). Previously I tried to change through customer support centre as well as my Vodafone app. But Vodafone always ignored my request. I also tried to port no. But vodafone always stop the process. So I want help.Because I can’t bear the huge postpaid bill. So please help me.
