I have ordered a dress in Vivastra website, a sponsored website in Face book on 23.7.2020 and made payment of Rs.299/- by credit card through Razor pay. (Confirmation mail copy attached) I didn’t receive any product. And Vivastra did not have any contact number, Hence I complained to Razorpay with ticket ID – 3975686 for which they responded by mail to resolve the issue.(Copy O email attached) Just after the complaint mail, I started getting call from one Mr.Dipek Sharma. I asked for the refund of the money or the product. He started asking my Debit card number or Google Pay number, I refused to give the details. Instead I gave Pay Tm number. I am sharing my chat history with this guy. When i called him on 29.8.2020 once again, I started receiving video calls from a new number 8389090862 to my mobile number . And I received an obscene video also. Although I didn’t open the video, I could easily figure it out as an obscene one. Immediately we called Dipek and my husband shouted at him telling that we will go to Police. The next moment the video was deleted.
I request you to track these guys and take action against him. Although the amount paid was less, these guys must be cheating large number of people which will be make the scam huge. And I want action should be taken against these perverted minded people, who think by sending obscene videos, they can silence us about the cheat.
