Respected sir/ma’am,
I would like to bring this in your kind notice that, on 17th march at 12 noon, i opened my phone and i was just browsing through instagram suddenly I saw a post stating “loan from nationalised banks at low interest rates”, I clicked on the link and it took me to play store and i download an app called “Nyoo pocket” to check the offers, i filled an online personal loan form from the app itself the form contained personal information like name address phone number bank details etc.,. when the form was completed i was returned to home page of the app. Then after 15 minutes I received 3 imps credit alert from my bank(refer to the attachments below) with amount Rs 2378, Rs 2436, Rs 2436, I filled and application form they did not even show me the disbursement details and directly transferred the amount to my bank account. Soon after I received the amount i went to the customer service from the application itself there were 2 email ids mentioned: ” changeme@gmail.com” and “kingfookband@gmail.com”. I marked an email to them stating the same problem: that they have transferred wrong funds in my bank a/c without even providing me any loan agreement or final disbursement amount. There is no contact number on the application and the emails which i have sent were failed to deliver. I am hereby enclosing all the related screenshots of the application. Please guide me for the needful.
