Text of Complaint by Shruti:

I have received and expired product
It was expired on JAN 2024
After repeatedly complaining for the same multiple request got rejected
When i raised the request again they told me that they are sorry for this and are providing me resolution they gave me option of replacement
and refund to choose
When i chose the option they then rejected my complaint by saying that the seal is broken
When they asked me on call if i have opened the product
I told them that it is sealed and the seal cap of bottle is also intact
Why will i open this expired product?
Below are the pictures of seal that is intact and i have zoomed in to show you that the silver cap seal inside the bottle can be clearly seen that it is intactt
Now pls help me out
This is very disappointing pls give me a resolution
