Nykaa Fashion: When i order a dress it was returnable, when it was delivered to me the product was no longer returnable so they apply that on my product too.

I ordered 4 dresses from the Nykaa Fashion mobile application on 6th March 2024, I checked for all the dresses separately that they come under the returnable policy, today on 11th March 2024 I got those dresses. I don’t like the quality of the dresses, so I open the app to return them. The return option was not available on my order, also for the product the return option got updated to only replacement, which they applied for my order too which was ordered when the product was under the returnable policy. When I called customer care they are not agree to return the dresses.
