Text of Complaint by Rimi De:

I have placed an order on 22nd July, 2023.
It was supposed to be delivered on 28th July, 2023. To my surprise I had received one notification that the products are delivered. But I have received no package. Immediately Inhad reported it bit the customer care was too casual on this. They had informed me they will file a complaint and will do an investigation. The investigation was supposed to take 4 days time. After 4 days when I have called them they informed me that the products were delivered to me after sharing otp which i have not received and also informed them on the 1st day itself. So again tgey have asked for 2-3 working days to do reinvestigation again for the proof of delivery. After 2 days when I have followed up with them once they have put me in hold and disconnected the line. Second time they told me that within 1 days they will let me know. Aftwr tgat 3 days had passed. Neither I have received any response nor I have received my products or refund. They are just delaying it and providing ni solution.
In the app it is clearly showing the otp was not shared.
