I have ordered 2 dresses – 1 of 6300 something and another nearby 4k.For 6300 sarara suit I got a 800rs saree and 4k suit was not of same color and received damaged.when I raise a request to return for 6k product and exchange for the damaged one the delivery partner denied to take both product stating product is not matching with picture.o raised a concern with nyka grievance team too with details they are saying seller sent the right product. I have shared the video where I recorded I got a wrong product but nyka is ignoring that .. now neither they are taking the wrong or the faulty product not they are processing my refund.. my nearby 10k amount I wasted for this fraud nyka fashion
